Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, Shokura is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

Certain countries may restrict the import of tea products. If we cannot ship to your location, you will be notified at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also log into your Shokura account at any time to check the status of your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@shokura.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
