At Shokura, we care deeply about your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our matcha tea. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our tea products, we do not accept returns on any opened or used items.
Returns are accepted only on unopened and unused products in their original condition and packaging. To be eligible:

Items must be unused and in the original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt).

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong or damaged item).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@shokura.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Include:

We’ll resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
